Payment Terms
Payments for online consultations will be done securely via Practice Better software via invoice. All invoices are due upon receipt. Payments for in-clinic consultations are conducted in-store via cash or eftpos. I do not offer payment plans for consultations or purchases.
Delivery
Physical products purchased on this website are delivered by regular Australia Post by myself, or via an online dispensary. Products are shipped within 1-3 days of purchase.

Comments and feedback are welcome. I am always willing to improve. If you would like to make a comment, provide constructive feedback or a review of my services, please do via the contact page. I will always ask your permission before sharing any reviews, through any channel.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Naturopathic consultations require 48 hours notice for any cancellations to avoid the cost of a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of the agreed appointment time will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the consultation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to show up for the appointment will incur 100% of the consultation fee. This is at my discretion. It is the responsibility of the client to keep appointments and provide notice as early as possible if rescheduling is required. If for any reason I realise that I cannot make a scheduled appointment, I will provide as much notice as possible. In this case you will not be charged a cancellation fee, and we will reschedule to a mutually convenient time. If we are unable to find a mutually convenient time to reschedule and you have already paid for the consultation I will offer you a refund.
Safety & allergy guidelines
The following guidelines should be observed before using Kinfolk Apothecary items:
Our products contain natural oils from nuts, seeds and fruit, If you have any allergies please read the product label carefully. As with all natural products, we recommend that products are patch test first. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
Kinfolk Apothecary products are made with naturally derived ingredients, which in rare cases may cause sensitivity in certain individuals. If sensitivity occurs, discontinue use.
If you are unsure about sensitivity, always do a patch test before use or consult your healthcare professional.
Products and advice from Kinfolk Apothecary make no claim to cure or prevent any disease or medical problem and is not intended to substitute other therapy or healthcare advice.
